We found Jody because several of our friends recommended her. She was so professional and knowledgeable. She held our hands every step of the way and every thing was seamless. She recommended a great lender, insurance agent, and vendors.

Cannot say enough about her professionalism and performance. In the current booming sellers' market she was quite willing to list our home at a price higher than what other agents were willing to consider and it sold above other agents' suggested listing price. While we did need to lower our offer price once, we had multiple offers and in a matter of a couple weeks, the contract under which we sold and even had a backup offer ready in case that one had fallen through. As we already had another fully furnished home, we had to sell or dispose of pretty much all the furniture in our Winter Springs residence and she was very helpful in that regard as well. She also was able to help us with a minor plumbing concern. When minor problems arose, which they pretty much always do in such complicated matters, she handled them smoothly and was never flustered.

She KNOWS Seminole county. If the house of your dreams is out there, she will find it! Excellent people skills. Her knowledge of support vendors is extensive. You can trust her recommendations. She has led our family through sales/purchases of homes on five different occasions and each transaction was excellent with no “surprises”. I would recommend her for your home search, purchase or sale without reservations!

Jody was a fantastic agent for us. It was our first time buying a home and she helped us through every step of the process while also being patient with us and professional.
