Jody understood the goal of selling our house and helped us every step of the way. Jody has a network of contractors she works with that were able to help us get the home staged (painters, decorator, photographer). All were instrumental in setting the stage for the sale. Jody's negotiation skills were amazing and truly helped seal the deal in a manner that worked best for us! I would highly recommend her.
