My husband and I recently went through the process of putting our house up for sale, searching for a new house, and then vetting tenants to rent out our property--this all with two small children and a tight time limit. Thanks to Jody's patience, knowledge, and attentiveness, I was able to avoid the loony bin. In all seriousness, I am eternally grateful for everything Jody did for us. She went out of her way on nights and weekends to help us look for homes in two different counties and find a fabulous couple to rent our previous home.
