Jody is just fantastic!

Jody is just fantastic. As first-time home buyers, Jody walked us through the entire process so that we never felt overwhelmed. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Baltimore homes, she knew what to look out for in terms of common problems with Baltimore homes and knew what was a reasonable price per home we toured. We felt confident she wasn't going to let us overpay or get in over our heads with homes that needed some work. She was incredibly accommodating to busy work schedules and still answers any questions we have about paperwork, loans, taxes, you name it. We will continue to use Jody for any future homes we buy or sell!
