Jody was so helpful and insightful on our first home purchase. She was very knowledgeable in what houses would need to pass inspection in alignment with our loan requirements. She always answered any and all questions no matter how easy or tedious they could become. She works closely with your lender, reviews the area closely to ensure you are getting what you pay for, even takes time out of her day to complete task so ensure closing concerns are met ( paining, scrapping, fixing thing....who does that???).
