As this was my first experience purchasing a home, it was very important to me to have someone who would be patient and willing to thoroughly explain the complete process. Jody was very knowledgeable about the property and market and counseled me thru the offer stage. She was also helpful in obtaining a bridge loan for me to purchase this property. Jody has a wide network of vendors to help with renovations, auctioning property not moving to the new home, moving and almost any other services you may require.
