Jodie Moncrief

I rarely write reviews, but was in need of help and found it with Jodie Moncrief, so it's worth my time to write. I was an out-of-state owner in need of help getting my tenant occupied, rental house ready to sell quickly. Jodie stepped right in--she was available and willing to schedule and meet with vendors for repairs (sometimes having to wait for them!) . She was helpful in meeting with a neighbor to work out a shared issue having to do with a problem at the property line (above the call of duty). I most appreciated her tactfulness in negotiating with my tenant for showings during COVID times, and meeting with the tenant in my stead during tenant's final walk thru. Jodie is well organized, timely and VERY DEPENDABLE. There were many moving parts to this quick sale and I think it went well in large part because I had Jodie representing me there while I was several hundred miles away. You can count on Jodie Moncrief to be a true Real Estate professional. I'm glad I did!

Jodie had managed our rental property in Laguna Hills the last few years. When our latest tenant decided to move out we considered selling the property. We discussed with Jodie and decided to list the property. Jodie was always available and responsive throughout the process. Her local knowledge was a huge plus. As the Sellers agent she definitely had our best interest in mind and worked to get us the best terms in our transaction.
