We met for lunch where she provided me with a 3-ring binder that had tabs to put all important info regarding the purchase of this house, which I feel was so wonderful. Whenever I need to find info on the house I purchased, it's right there in the binder. She is positive, knows the area, offered to help with every part of the process including a facetime walk through before closing since I was in another state at the time. She is amazing!
