This is my second time working with Jodi buying and selling a home and just like the previous time the experience was amazing. Jodi is very easy going and incredible to work with. She has a fun personality and makes house hunting fun. She listened to every need and want we wanted in our new home, we were never dragged along to something that didn’t fit our needs. She was very clear and upfront when it came to details we didn’t understand and made sure we were comfortable with every decision every step of the way. Jodi is such a delight to work with. She was very professional and had a lot of experience in real estate and helping us find the right price to sell our home. We loved how energetic and friendly she was throughout the process. She met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. After we chose Jodi, she sent out her expert photographer who took wonderful pictures of our home to list. These pictures were done professionally and showcased the home's assets. The photographer was professional and the pictures of the listed home really wowed us and helped set the stage for getting our house sold. Jodi made a detailed list of everything in our house and was careful to identify things that would help us prepare for selling and things that were enormous selling points. I was very impressed with how detail-oriented she was (which was one of the primary reasons we hired her). She did a market analysis and gave us an in-depth review of what she thought would be the best price for the home. And when it came time for offers on the house, she was right on target. So, not only did her detailed analysis and research come shining through but it was also very accurate and got us a higher price than I thought we would have been able to get. When buying and selling a house, there can be a number of hiccups and obstacles. Jodi was able to help not only us as the sellers, but also help the buyers and the buyer's agent throughout each of these hurdles. She was always professional and helped us overcome these hurdles in a manner that was fair and equitable. If we had not moved out of the area, we would choose her again for buying and selling any future properties. We loved how detail-oriented she was and how energetic and enthusiastic she was. I highly recommend Jodi as an agent. She is wonderful to work with.

Jodi did a great job for us. Being non-local owners with a property that needed some work before it could be marketed, Jodi coordinated it all. The entire process was smooth, timely and professional. She always kept us up to date on all issues, showings etc. Highly recommend her!
