Well my experience with jodi waters was terrible she was misleading with her information. And jodi and I had 3 homes lined up for this morning. Now she tells me that if I'm not going to living in this home I now need 20% down I wish would of told me that .I wanted to continue to rent the property out for at least 1 year then move in . At this point I dont even want buy a home because of this terrible experience with jodi what a joke . I'm just so disgusted thanks jodi
