Peter and Jodi are the best agents anyone could hope for! They will guide you every step of the way and whenever anything arises they always make themselves available and are prompt with their responses. They both are knowledgeable and they do a great job of keeping you informed and they really help to make the home buying process less stressful. What I like best about them is they bring to your attention the things that you aren't necessarily thinking about and most importantly, they are honest. I met Peter and Jodi through a stroke of luck a few years ago when I found them online when I was helping my mother to relocate from Virginia to Georgia. I entrusted them to be my mother's realtors and they did such a great job at helping her to purchase a home in Canton, Georgia, it was a no brainer to do business again with them in May 2020 when my wife and I purchased a new home in Cumming, Georgia. My in-laws are about to relocate and Peter and Jodi will be their realtors as well. It just doesn't get any better than this team. Thanks again Peter and Jodi, you both are the best!

Jodi and Pete Rand helped us every step of the way through the process of selling our home and purchasing our new home. This was my first time buying a home so I didnt really know what I was doing. Between Jodi and Matthew they both helped me greatly. i was kept informed as to what was going on. Both answered any and all questions no matter how ridiculous. They gave me insight on stuff with the buying process i obviously had no idea about. Jodi was a great help in our move. It was tough and stressful buying a house 900 miles from where we lived and she was able to keep me up to date on listings and was very flexible when I came down to look at homes on my schedule. She kept in touch and would respond quickly to any questions. All in all it was a great experience.
