Jodi and Jordan were a joy to work with. Clear communication, complete explanations of all the steps and always working with us to ensure the timeline and our concerns were met. As first time home sellers they never assumed that we knew or did not know all the ins and outs of selling a house and we were grateful for all the knowledge and information they provided. The photos and virtual staging were excellent. There was a definite "caring" for us as unique individuals as well as our family home. The analysis for what we could expect was spot-on and we were very happy with the results.
