Informed me of why HOA fees were higher than normal for the property in question. Also the situation of the lease-hold with bank and the expiration of the lease hold in 2020 with renegotiation.

Looking to be a first time home buyer, and Hawaii has been a long time dream of mine. Jodi showed me the ropes and made everything very easy to understand. She knew which neighborhoods where good, and which to stay away from. I particularly enjoyed the places we saw in Hanalei and Princeville.
