Jodi is extremely cordial, she thinks through what you tell her and applies it to your house search. She helped us buy and sell a home and never pressured us, was very patient as we took over a year to find our dream home. She took the time to consider what our children's needs were. and always welcomed them as they came along to our viewings. I appreciate that she never bombarded us or tried to convince us. She was very neutral in that way but when we asked her directly she was honest. She didn't just stand by while we looked. She looked over the houses as if she was considering to buy it. She answered our queries that sometimes came at odd hours. Always on time, always detailed with the information we needed to understand and explained things that a typical realtor wouldnt bother to advise you to do, like doing neighborhood house comparisons of recently sold homes before making an offer.
