Our buyer's agent and lender were less than cooperative and responsive as we neared our closing date. Since we had a contingency sale, we could not close on our new house until our current house closed, recorded, and funded my new loan. We were 16 days past our original closing, and Jodi pulled off a miracle. We closed both loans and recorded them on December 31st - with the recorders office closing early. Jodi's perseverance and expertise saved the day. We moved in to our beautiful new home on New Year's Day. Thank you, Jodi!
