Jodi Halbreich

We had been looking on and off to downsize and move to a new area in Orange County. Jodi was available to show us properties when we were interested, and take a break when we needed to. We ended up finding the right home when we weren't expecting to, but had to compete against a few other offers, even before the home was officially on the market. Jodi guided us to determine the best way to approach all of it, but listened to what we wanted as the buyers. She even made a suggestion about sending a little note along with our offer (which made me laugh at the time). However, that note ended up sealing the deal, and we got the house. Jodi then helped us through every step of the buying process, paperwork, inspections, etc. Even helped me calm my anxieties a few times along the way. All in all, a great experience in what is usually a very stressful process. Highly recommend Jodi!

Jodi was super helpful from start to finish in selling our home. From helping us determine a price to list, to minor staging suggestions, and then all along the selling process. Photographs were amazing, we got lots of interest very quickly, and sold our home in about one week! Jodi was always available by phone or text to answer our questions, and communicate with all the other parties (seller's broker, lender, escrow, etc.) Couldn't have asked for more!
