I spent years searching for the right property in Saranac Lake and dealt with many realtors. I was fortunate to meet Ms. Gunther and ended up purchasing a property she had listed. I found her at all times to be professional and extremely knowledgeable of the local real estate market. She went out of her way to help me through the sometimes frustrating process of purchasing a property. If I purchase additional property in the Adirondacks, I would only use Ms. Gunther and have recommended her to family members and friends. There is no better realtor in the Saranac Lake/Lake Placid area in my opinion.
