This dynamic team came to me highly recommended. I want to emphasize just how fortunate I was to meet them and sign them as my agents to sell a family home. I was selling a house on Cape Cod but live on the other coast. The logistics seemed insurmountable. Jodi and Annie were a joy to work with. They helped clear every hurdle on the way to a successful sale. I recall meeting Jodi for the first time. She arrived with a burst of positive energy and thoughtful advice, and her efforts never lessened over the course of many months. She said she would be my ‘boots on the ground’ to get things done. I first contacted Jodi in the fall inquiring about an early spring sale on my condo. She got back to me about comps and the possibility of selling sooner because there was so little on the market. True to her word she walked me through all the hurdles, even using her own personal time to post furniture I needed to get rid of and meeting the people when they came to pick it up so I wouldn’t have to drive down to the Cape.
