As a first time home buyer, this experience for me was overwhelming and frustrating at times. As we found properties that were perfect for our family, Jodi guided and advised us, however this market is super crazy now. She was determined to help us find our new home. I can’t say enough good things about Jodi. When we were first looking in the area, I inquired about a home on her company website. She contacted me almost immediately and it was like I had known her forever. She is patient. I know I tried her patience at times but she never acted as if. I had question after question and she answered everything right away. If she didn’t know, which wasn’t often, she found out. We worked with her for over a year just browsing and seriously for a few months. We have bought and sold properties in the past but Jodi goes above and beyond. As a matter of fact, I still txt her for restaurants recommendations!!! She is “knower of all things” in this area. We feel like we made a life time friend when choosing her as our realtor.
Jodi listened to what we needed, and worked tirelessly until she found the perfect match. She was a joy to work with. Always upbeat, and ready to do whatever was needed to get the job done. Jodi knows, and loves, Brevard County, so if you are looking in Brevard, I would highly recommend her.
First of all.. I have written this a few times and it just gets too long so I will try my best to paraphrase! We met Jodi at an open house (I know - GASP) at the very beginning of our home search. Jodi gave us a path to follow for our next steps and asked us what we were looking for. Having bought a few properties in our lives and used to agents trying to cram us into something we didn't want. We gave Jodi a list of must haves, like to haves, and 'dream' haves along with a price point. Jodi then asked us to call her once we had completed our pre- qual/approval process. In getting our pre-qual/approval steps completed, we ended being "matched" with several different agents in our area - which we gave them the same lists that we gave Jodi. We didn't know Jodi or any of the other agents - so there was no connection to any of them. Within a week Jodi sent an e-mail breaking down what was in the area with all of our "Have" list within our price point, before our pre-qual/approval was completed. After we were qualified - the other agents started coming with homes that didn't meet anything on our lists and were ALL at least $30K above our price point. Our decision was easy to make, we went with the ONLY agent that listened to what we asked for and remained within the budget that we set - not what the pre-qual letter said. Not only was Jodi the only agent that actually listened to us in the beginning, but she also continued to listen throughout our home search. It was also very refreshing to have an agent that doesn't drive a fancy car and dress in power suits and try to intimidate you into buying home that you know that you cannot really afford and still put food on the table.
Jodi was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to help me and my husband find the home we love! She made the experience quick and easy!
Jodi is absolutely amazing! I met her in 2017 coming back from a tour to Afghanistan. When I came back to the states she helped me find a place to live within like 72 hours! A couple years down the line we reconnected again and she helped me buy my first home. I was extremely scared and skeptical, but Jodi was very patient and thorough with the process. I even changed my mind a couple of times and she still was there and willing to not stop until I was completely happy! She’s truly amazing! Thank you Jodi for my dream home!
