They were great in offering us professional advice and keeping their opinions out as we decided on which home we would want to settle in to, but also helped educate us about what to look for. The 7th home was the one. Not only were they excellent in coaching us on a competitive offer, but our first offer that went in was accepted! They were prompt in getting our offer in ASAP, and worked tirelessly to ensure that our questions were answered throughout the process. They were collaborative with our loan team and closing services to provide a seamless experience. Jodi was amazing throughout my home buying process! I had little requirements going in so she showed me a few different options to help me find what I liked and didn't like. She was very thoughtful about asking questions during showings to better understand what I was looking for and I ended up finding the perfect house! She was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. This was my first home buying adventure and all of her support was really helpful and stress-reducing.
