From our first contact Jodi has set herself apart from other realtors we have known over the years. She was patient, thorough and did her research. Each time we visited a property we had so much information to assist in understanding the area and the value of the property including comps and outside advice for possible changes we were considering to a property. Jodi has great knowledge of the real estate market. She offers guidelines prior to listing a house and advice on how to best market it. She knows about solar energy, backup power systems and energy efficiency, which very few agents are familiar with. Occasionally she was hard to reach, but she worked hard for us and we appreciated that.
