If I could give her 20 stars, I would!

I have to say this was a challenging experience for me as the property that I was selling, held such emotional memories for me. It was hard to let go and being a Realtor myself I know the process, and Jocelyn was beyond amazing. She had empathy. She was kind, she took time to explain things when hurdles came up. She addressed them and quickly checked in with me to make sure that I was OK. She did everything she said she was going to do and then some. We had multiple offers within the first day of being on the market over asking. With such an easy escrow, her entire team that she surrounds herself with; from escrow officers, to inspectors, to cleaners. She had them all dialed in and lined up. The property itself was a family property, and I had a lot of sweet memories there, and it was hard for me to let go of certain ones, especially there was a mulberry tree out front that I wanted to transplant out of the city, and I was unable to do it because it would jeopardize the health of the tree and the tree probably wouldn’t have survived. After escrow closed, I had mentioned to Jocelyn that the new buyers can keep the tree which really made me sad because it was one of the few memories I had of my aunt and uncle. Just recently I got a special delivery to my front door of a new Mulberry tree that I can grow in my own home and make memories of my own that is by far the sweetest thing anyone’s ever done for me. I highly recommend her because working with her was such a pleasure. Well done Jocelyn I’m super proud of you.
