I worked with Jocelyn recently to help purchase a vacation home of our dreams in lovely Sebago Maine, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She was persistent but low pressure, very responsive, gave great advice, and hooked us up with several local resources that were very helpful in both getting the sale done, as well as resources we could use when we moved in (oil companies, chimney sweeps, etc.). All her recommendations were top notch. We encountered an issue with our mortgage lender with only 4 weeks to go before closing, and Jocelyn hooked us up with a new mortgage lender she knew, who was able to get everything done, AND at a lower rate!
