As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to start, Jocelyn reached out when I had a few questions and I knew she would be great to work with as we started our search. She set up an email search for house that were coming on the market and often called me to make sure I saw listings that she thought would be a good fit. She was great when we put an offer on the home we fell in love with, walked me through each step of the process and made sure everything went smoothly. She even set up a showing after the fact so that my boys could see the house in person!
We had the most pleasant experience working with Jocelyn selling our vacation home. Living out of state was initially a concern of ours however Jocelyn made the process run smoothly and attended to all of our needs and requests. She gave us advise to make our home more desirable to buyers without insulting or pushing her opinion. We had been renting our home and she managed to coordinate showings without inconveniencing our renters and they actually complimented her. Not sure how she managed that but with her personality and professionalism it wasn't surprising at all. During our final negotiations Jocelyn NEVER pushed us to accept anything that wasn't in our best interest and advised us of how to negotiate in a professional manner that really worked to finalize the sale. She is very professional but personable at the same time, a true gem. My husband and I have bought and sold approximately 20 homes and this was without question the least stressful and pleasant experience we have ever had. I know we will compare our future real estate transactions with the one we had with her and I really can't imagine that there is a more honest and hard working agent out there.
