100% would I recommend Jocelyn to all my family and friends, and to any stranger that asked. After being told no by so many I finally gave up on our dreams of being in a home. When talking to Jocelyn and telling her that we are unable to build or buy a home she said let me see what I can do. With in 20 minutes of telling her our story she was calling to let us know that she can make our dreams come true. After what felt like a life time but was really 8 months and some twist and turns we are living in our Brand New Home. I hired Jocelyn to sell my late father's house. I contacted her and it turns out that she sold this house to my father over 20 years ago! She was the perfect choice. I live a few states away so it was imperative that I had an agent I could trust to be honest and to get the job done. There were so many things that needed to happen to get this house ready for the sale. Jocelyn used her many connections to get me in touch with painters, cleaners, landscapers, repair people, really anyone who I needed to get the job done. Not only did she get me the contact information, she set up jobs and was available to be at the property to oversee the work. (Remember, I live hours from this property). She was also extremely patient with answering my frequent and possibly excessive questions. Jocelyn was completely honest, transparent, hardworking, and absolutely trustworthy. It almost makes me sad that I don't have another house to sell in her area. I definitely recommend her!
