We started working with Jocelyn in December 2022. We knew we had wanted to make the move to Tennessee from California but weren't quite ready to actively look. Jocelyn kept us in mind and on her email list sending us homes in our price range and areas that we had shown interest in. Finally, in April 2023, we were able to take a trip to the Nashville area to look at houses. We had sent Jocelyn an Excel spreadsheet of properties we wanted to view, if possible. Jocelyn was more than accommodating! She helped plan the route we should take and where we should begin on our house hunting adventure. Jocelyn spent three days looking at houses with us and providing guidance. We were about to make an offer on what we thought was the best home for us, when Jocelyn said "Let's look at a few more, just in case." The next day we found our PERFECT home and were finally able to make our dream a reality! I was a little emotional during negotiations and Jocelyn kept calm, cool and collected during the entire process. Jocelyn assisted with the final walk through since we couldn't be there in person. We cannot say enough great things about her - she truly was the perfect match for us and went above and beyond. Completely exceeded our expectations!
