When I found a house I really liked and was finally serious about moving, Jocelyn took the time to show me other houses (some I ended up liking even more than original) and made sure I had other options so that I would be sure and comfortable in my decision. She did her homework very well to ensure I had all the information I needed to be happy with my choice! Once the decision was made, she and her team had the entire process made simple and as time efficient as possible for me. They took care of everything including providing me with all the utility and service provider info for the area to make the move as smooth as possible. Jocelyn also went to bat on closing day to make sure my new backyard was cleaned up before I took possession as the prior owners had left quite a mess back there.
