Jocelyn worked hard at getting a buyer in & through a difficult approval process. She was there & supportive at every bump in the road. Thankfully with all of her hard work the deal finally got done. I'm so glad that I listened to Jocelyn and stuck it out even though I wanted to bail on this several times. I would definitely work with her again in the future.
Jocelyn is a fantastic person to work with. Moving elderly parents out of their 50+ year home and needing to sell it quickly was an incredibly stressful time. Jocelyn took out all the stress of selling so that I could focus on the rest. She was patient and communicative and explained the entire process to my mom who had never before sold a home. The house was priced right, the virtual staging was beautiful and the open house turnout was incredible! I can not say enough positives about Jocelyn and her team. I highly recommend her.
