Jobea made herself available to us mostly through text but was always willing to talk on the phone as well. She knew the market well, was able to guide us so we knew we were paying the appropriate amount for our purchase area. She was very professional and was at every meeting for our home, ready to answer questions and ask questions of our builder to ensure we were being taken care of properly.
