Joaquin helped the reviewer buy this property

I knew right away I wasn't buying a car

Enjoyed working with Joaquin in both the existing real estate market and the new home market for close to a year. We were never under any pressure to look or buy during this time and we basically had suggestions as to what was available for us to look at. The man knows the market and his business.
