Joannie feels like family to me now.

I literally would never have been able to buy my first home without the help of Joannie Bates. She treated me as if I was one of her own kids, always went to bat for me when in negotiations, and would never allow me to settle for less when working with uncommunicative sellers. She helped me to find the literal perfect house me and I could not be more grateful. She is personable, communicative, protective of her clients interests, but also does not sugar coat the truth when it’s time to turn and run from a property with red flags. We also had a great time just hanging out through the process! Lots of laughs and fun little memories. She made a daunting process feel significantly easier and more obtainable for me. From the beginning of the home search, navigating getting approval for financing, tough negotiations, a painful repair process, and all the way through to closing day, I never had a moment where I had to wonder if working with Joannie was the right call. Highly recommend. 10/10. I never want to buy another house now, but if I do eventually forget how tired I am now and decide to buy again, Joannie will be the first person I call.
