I literally would never have been able to buy my first home without the help of Joannie Bates. She treated me as if I was one of her own kids, always went to bat for me when in negotiations, and would never allow me to settle for less when working with uncommunicative sellers. Our agent for our home purchase was Brett Ray. Brett went above and beyond to help us get into the home, he did so much of the footwork in order for us to find a home that we liked. It made the entire process very simple and stress-free. I know it takes more than just one person when you make purchases like this, but Brett and his whole team did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the different aspects of the process as well as the homes themselves. He did an excellent job of finding out what it was. We were looking for in a home, and then applying that to the homes that he was sending us. When it came time for the inspection, the appraisal, sending in our offer and the actual buying process, he was on top of everything. Anytime that there was a change between what we negotiated and what the seller was offering or a change in anything that would typically happen behind the scenes, he communicated very well about what was going on and what the next steps would be. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would recommend Brett and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home.
