Joanne reviewed market prices and sentiment in my neighborhood, arranged the professional photographer, showed the area of house with different angles, and had an open house in two days. We received the offer at selling price on the same day that we could not refuse. She sent information about the buyer about their qualifications. She helped us in getting Certificate of Occupancy and guided during closing process. She even called the attorney thru other agent to ensure timely follow up of due dates for inspection, getting reports on time and suggesting what to do in inspection efficiency. She even suggested a good agent in Monroe to help us find type of house we were looking for. First we were looking for house in Somerset and that agent told us to contact Joanne for quick sale which worked out a planned.
