Joanne was instrumental in the sale of my home. She knew the community, she knew the market/area, and she had all the right connections to help me through the process. I was very indecisive throughout the entire journey, and Joanne was so patient and never once pressured me into selling. As a single full-time working professional, I had very little time to deal with house matters. I didn't have connections with trade professionals or other resources to help and she connected me with all the right people. She took care of the house while I was not available most of the week - stopping by, meeting service people, ensuring the house was in order - and kept everything moving along.
