I found Joanne on a web site, I contacted Joanne Smith to discuss the listing of my Home and do a market evaluation of what it should be listed for. Joanne returned my call within the same day and took the information needed to to complete the evaluation. Within a day she e-mailed me with the evaluation and had a Price spread which was compared to other offers and sales within the area that were similar. We discussed what I felt would be the price that I would like to list the home at and drew up the contract. Century 21 did a very nice job in marketing the home in local Real Estate Magazines, ads and Joanne performed open house to potential buyers. We eventually sold the home to a buyer that had attended the open house. All negotiations with the buyer went smoothly and the sale went through with no problems with the help of Joanne's good communications skills. I would recommend Joanne to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
We met Joanne at an open house and she was immediately open-hearted and warm towards us. She gave us her contact info and that was it - no pressure which I was very appreciative of. It was the beginning of summer 2016 when I mentioned to a good friend of mine that my wife and I were seriously considering in buygin a home. With in 5 minutes into our conversation he recommended Joanne Smit to me. He had said she helped us find our home and was really good. By that time we had a few other names of realtor agent names, but my wife and I decided to contact Joanne. Patient, eager to hear what kind of house we were looking for, attentive, polite, professional, genuine, and right down to earth were some of Joanne's characteristics that we liked during out first call, so we decided to go with her. Once we begun our house hunt with Joanne, we liked very much the knowledge she provided to us regarding the homes we were considering. We never felt pressured by her to choose one home over the other, she gave us the pros and cons and gave us room to decide for our selfs. Not only did she say but we could also sense that all she cared for was for my wife and I to buy our dream home. It was a journey of about a year and half before Joanne helped us find the best home for us, our dream home. Joanne Smith beautifully guided us through the whole process of buying our first home! She always responded to our questions promptly and in a way that was easy to understand. We never felt pressured in any way. One time, when it was time to sign the disclosures, Joanne gave us a synopsis of the 50 page document. This was our first home purchase and we knew nothing about the process going into it. Joanne helped from day 1 and never pressured us to hurry and buy a house. She always reiterated that she wanted us to "sleep on it" and this was appreciated. She took the time to explain all the steps necessary and even gave us hints along the way. Joanne was receptive to our concerns, we were somewhat picky and maybe even difficult at times and she was very understanding and patient with us.
