Joanne is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in AZ. She is just as invested in her clients finding a great home as they are and makes sure you understand the process (this coming from a first time homebuyer). Joanne is wonderfully responsive and flexible. She let me know well in advance that she'd be out of the country for her son's wedding for a week and made sure I had two backup realtors who she trusted to help me in her absence. I ended up seeing a handful of homes during that time and putting three offers in and Joanne still wrote all of the offer contracts while away to ensure they were perfect. Her backup support was also incredibly responsive and helpful and I ended up being accepted for one of these homes. Joanne's recommended lender and inspector were equally thorough and responsive. From our first conversation through getting my keys, I never had a moment that I wasn't thrilled to be working with Joanne! I can't recommend her enough.
