My husband and I were so happy with Joanne in selling our home. She is very knowledgeable in her job and very much a people person! She is so good at her job that we had a contract on our house in 6 days! Joanne explained step by step what had to be done and gave us updates on things that were needed. There aren't enough good things that I can say about Joanne Reder and Sussex County Real Estate. We first met her when we were calling to inquire about a house she had listed before we even put ours on the market. Joanne took her time explaining the process to us, and we listed our home with her. She gave us a timeline (based on how other houses in the community were selling) and she actually sold our house well within that time frame. She was completely realistic with us, knowledgeable and did not mislead us in any way. Not only that, she searched endlessly with us to find our dream home, and showed us houses within our budget. Whenever we had a question, she was always there to guide us through and took our concerns seriously. When we found the house we wanted, she talked with us about it and never, ever pressured us one way or the other. She treated us well, and took our entire family into consideration before showing us a listing (we have special needs children). Her office staff was always available for us when we had a question, and the professionals she recommended (lawyer, mortgage broker etc.) were just as kind and helpful as she is.
