Joanne is organized and helpful. She was respectful of my requests and opinions with regards to the type of property I wanted, yet she expanded my options by suggesting some features I had not considered. She communicates well and always alerted me in advance if she would be unavailable. She worked diligently to find me a home in a great location with all the features my family needs.
