Joanne is an amazing realtor. We went to her office in February 2017 and from the get go, she was invested in finding us a home. She is genuinely interested in changing your lifestyle for the better. We filled out a little information form regarding what we were interested in & what we needed in a home for our family. When we went on our first house hunting excursion and had to bring our 3 yr old son, she didn't even bat an eye- she even had dinosaur toys to occupy him. For our entire 2 month process she was amazing & dedicated. She searched all the listings, every day (& night- she will email you listings after midnight!) She is genuinely interested in changing your lifestyle for the better. There were times we walked into houses and she would say 'No' very quietly and make the showing move as quickly as possible. Joanne also has an amazing tram she works with for closings- the team she had assemble from closing lawyers to mortgage agents to home owners insurance are responsive, knowledgeable and most of all personable! Joanne took the time to find out what we needed besides a roof over our heads. We highly recommend working with her and her office!
