As a first-time homeowner, I have to thank Joanne from the bottom of my heart for securing my dream house as a buyer agent. Due to Joanne's promptness of action, I was able to secure my offer of a house at its sales price within 2 days of posting before the first open-house schedule, which attracted quite a few overbid cash offers where the seller agent actually wanted us to back down of the offer. Joanne was also able to persuade the seller to give me a couple thousand dollars of credit from the seller on top to fix the house as well. On top of that, Joanne is extremely responsive to communication and keep me notified through the entire home buying process. Hands down the best customer service I have had for years.
