Joanne L. Gardiner is a licensed real estate broker in California. Her California Bureau of Real Estate Broker's license number is 00822285. She entered the real estate industry in 1965 as a part-time agent while attending college. After two years it became clear Joanne preferred helping people sell and buy real estate more than pursuing a degree in architecture.
Since those early days, Joanne has handled thousands of transactions involving single family homes, condos, town homes, duplexes, multiple unit apartment complexes, and special use properties such as churches and mobile home parks. Joanne has also sold hundreds of mobile homes and manufactured homes

With the pandemic Joanne has adapted her business and works mostly electronically.
