I first met JoAnne in March of 2014 when I first considered selling my home through USAA Movers Advantage. Out of all the agents I interviewed, she was by far the most prepared, professional, and put together. One of the first things she did was track down the permit for the basement that had been built by a previous owner in the 70's, which other agents told me was not possible. This alone instantly added 300sqft to my marketable footage and is a credit to her skill as an agent. In April 2014 I decided that it wasn't the right time to go through with a sale, and she completely understood and even gave me some advice that helped confirm my thoughts. I kept her card on file until March 2015 when it was the right time to move out and move on. She was extremely responsive, met at a time of my convenience, and gave some solid instruction on the prep that I needed to do in the home. We agreed on what the market would tolerate for my home, and she expressed strong confidence in its ability to sell, which put me at ease. I believe that was done on a Wednesday or a Thursday, and by the following Wednesday my home was immaculately cleaned and staged. The house went on the market that Thursday morning and sold within 18hrs at full asking price, which even with full optimism was not something I expected to happen. She was quickly responsive to all questions and any requests I had. She's organized, efficient, and good at what she does. I'd recommend her to anyone considering selling their home.
