Working with Joanne was an awesome experience – in every sense of the word. During the course of our nearly six-month house hunt, Joanne was determined, informative, inventive and unconditionally patient. As first-time home buyers, we had A LOT of questions and were in desperate need of an honest partner. Further, our criteria were not easy to meet and the market incredibly small and competitive. She was constantly in communication, sending us listings that met our criteria (and then some) as soon as she received the information.
