I have known Joanne for years. She helped us several times with renting out our property. When the time came to sell, her knowledge made the process easy and stress free.

Our experience with Joanne Kennedy was phenomenal! She is easy to work with, and made sure that we didn't feel any of the pain that is so often associated with the selling and listing experience. She is very knowledgeable in the field of real estate procedures and guidelines and we felt confident that every step was handled correctly. She is highly professional but is still friendly and always put us at ease. She gets a 5+ for sure!

I hate the home buying process. It is stressful and so many hoops to jump through. There is no way I could have navigated my way through it without Joanne. She made the process so smooth and efficient. She took the time to explain each step in the process. Joanne always responded to my texts, calls and emails promptly, and she stayed on top of the lender and escrow company to make sure we were always moving forward. I am grateful for Joanne's extensive knowledge of not only real estate, but of our market and area. I highly recommend Joanne if you are looking to buy or sell your home. Thank you Joanne.
