Joanne is amazing! She is super hands on and very attentive to detail. Early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.... she is always there . Her recommendations for other providers were on point. Joanne is an exceptional real estate agent. She sold my parents’ house for me after their death. This was particularly complex as I was living in another state, yet she took care of all the preparations. She hired individuals who cleaned the house, landscaped the yard, and repaired some plumbing. Since the house was unoccupied, she routinely stopped by to make sure everything was in order. Joanne attended all the showings and dealt expertly with eighteen offers in a short period of time. Her efforts led to a very desirable final sales contract. Joanne also dealt with the laborious probate process which required numerous communications with probate lawyers. Joanne was always available for questions; if she did not answer the phone immediately, she would call back very quickly. She is also a tremendously pleasant and engaging person. Joanne is truly fantastic!

Joanne is everything you would want in a real estate agent. She is very professional, congenial, knowledgeable and conscientious. She also has a network of professionals who can help to prepare houses for sale, evaluate inspection reports, etc. In short, I can’t believe a better real estate agent exists. As the listing agent for the sale of our house in Palmetto Bay, Joanne was on top of all details of the process. She attended all events related to our house sale, including all showings, inspections, photography sessions, and the final walk-through. She regularly contacted all relevant parties to ensure that all deadlines were met. She was also very accessible, usually answering our phone inquiries immediately, and, if not, returning our call within a few minutes. We are just about to list a second property for sale, with Joanne again serving as the listing agent. Why not? As I said , she’s the best!
