Two or three years ago I meet JoAnne at an open house at a project she is developing called Woodland Estates. JoAnne and I sat down and we planned a house, I picked a lot, JoAnne looked at my old house and I decided that at the time I wasn't ready to go ahead with the project. Over the last few years I would visit the project and see what was going on. This spring there was an open house of a Model Home JoAnne had designed. I looked at it a few times, thought about it, and decided to buy the home. JoAnne guided me thru the process of selling my old home and buying the new one with her knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate field effortlessly. JoAnne is probably one of the best agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We moved to this area from out of state and, considering the Covid-19 situation, we had to purchase a home entirely sight-unseen. JoAnne was willing to go far above and beyond to help facilitate everything that needed doing. She did video/FaceTime walkthroughs of multiple homes on our behalf. Once we chose a home, she attended the inspection and, as a result, prompted us to continue looking. Once we chose the next home, she attended the inspection again and conferenced us in the whole time, explaining what the inspector was finding. She also put us in touch with a local lender who was able to beat our existing pre-approval rate. JoAnne was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails (and believe me, there were tons of them from our side). She helped us to arrange the timing of everything perfectly, to account for us doing a roadtrip from TX to MA and knowing what day and time we'd arrive and she was even able to facilitate a late day/time adjustment when our travel schedule unexpectedly changed. She attended the closing and came with us to the home so that she could be there when we saw it ourselves for the first time. The little welcome package was an unexpected but welcome surprise, considering we had arrived with very little. Although we didn't end up needing it, she even offered the services of one of her colleagues to help me unload the trailer. This won't be our forever home and we will definitely be using her again for our future purchases and sales.
