I would give Joanne 10 stars easily! She is knowledgeable about the area, professional, organized, and trustworthy. She really went above and beyond in so many ways. I was particularly impressed during the inspection process, as she made sure I had all of the available information, so that I knew all the possible repairs and costs beforehand. I was so grateful to have her on my team as I started out in my new home.
