I asked JoAnne to appraise my parents' home. She was willing to come when it was convenient for me and by the end of that day she had sent me an appraisal with several comparisons. JoAnne kept me informed and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend JoAnne and would certainly use her again. JoAnne was amazing!! She made our first experience great, she went above and beyond her job title to even discuss with us something's that the lender was suppose to discuss to us and never did! She was very helpful in answering any and all of our questions and concerns. She always answered her phone via text or call and if she didn't, she responded with in minuets it seemed!! She even kept in daily contact while on vacation with her husband in another country!! Plus she is very good with email as well! I would recommend JoAnne to anyone and everyone!!
