My husband’s 93 yr old Mom moved to an Assisted living facility and in order to pay for this we had to sell her Condo. We thought we had it sold on our own but after a couple months it fell through. She listed the unit had multiple showing appointments the same day and sold it day 2 for much more than we expected! But, there is more to just getting a contract.. an experience Realtor like Joanne, knows what to look for in the Buyer and the stipulations that they request.
