Then, when there was an issue with insurance paperwork being filed, she called the company so many times to advocate for us and make sure it was completed before any deadlines passed that when I called to follow up the insurance representative knew her by name! She went to bat for us over and over. My husband and I could not be more grateful to her and for her. We were able to bring our son to our home largely due to her guidance and support.
