We used Joanne five years ago and didn't think twice who to call when we needed to downsize this year. She works herself 24/7 and our sale was during the holidays. She is smart, proactive, and thinks outside the box. Our moves were both due to family health sensors and she was so patient and grounding knowing we were under this type of stressful situation. She should have honorary psychology degree. She and her helper also did the staging and she arranged all rehab of house being sold, cleanups, etc. She took the pressure off. We sold first time in 10 days and buyer backed out. The next week we sold it in three days. I have recommended her to two former neighbors who will be downsizing soon. They are impressed just observing what she's done for us. There's no one else I'd rather recommend or use if I had to relocate again. WE LOVE JOANNE BARRAGAN
